X best la hidup macam nie ...
Nak tido pon terganggu ...
Camne la nak tido mln nie pulak ...

Org ckp minum air limau ni boleh hilangkan sakit tekak erk ...
Harus l cari limau esok ...
Nak cuba la, mana tahu hilang ke sakit tu ...
Hopefully menjadi la ...

~ Bad Breath - How to Prevent ~



Hello guys...
Arghhh... long time did not write in English... kind of miss it...
Well, I would like to share with you guys some tips on how to prevent the bad breath...
Hope it will help to those who are suffers for the bad breath.

  1. Clean your tongue. Along with brushing and flossing twice a day, also use a tongue scraper, available at most drugstores, or brush your tongue. 
  2. Chew sugarless gum.  Surprising as it sounds, saliva is the best defense against bad breath. 
  3. Scent your breath with cinnamon. Unlike other flavorings, such as mint, which only mask bad breath.
  4. Keep your mouth moist. Drinking more water also helps wash away bad-smelling bacteria. 
  5. Pay attention to your diet. An unfortunate side effect of a low-carb diet. 
  6. Choose the right mouthwash. Antibacterial mouthwashes help combat oral infections, thus improving breath. 
  7. Rule out medical problems.  90 percent of the time, halitosis is triggered by microbes in the mouth.

~ Jom Makan Pisang ~

Hello semua...
Entry kali ni MC nak ajak korang semua mkn pisang!!!
Haaa.. kenapa pisang??? Emmm, kalau nak tahu pisang ni ada bnyak kelebihan dan khasiat tau...





Kalau nak tahu, pisang sering menjadi pencuci mulut di negara ini. Secara amnya, kandungan potasium pisang menyebabkan ia disyorkan oleh para doktor untuk pesakit yang kekurangan sumber itu.Sebagai contoh, sebiji pisang sepanjang 22 sentimeter (sm) mengandungi 600 miligram potasium.




Berdasarkan kajian makmal, menunjukkan pisang mengandungi kanji sebanyak 20 peratus dan gula satu peratus. Pisang juga bebas daripada lemak, kandungan garamnya rendah serta kaya dengan vitamin serta potasium.


Di Thailand, misalnya, wanita hamil digalakkan oleh doktor untuk makan pisang bagi memudahkan proses bersalin. Ia juga membekalkan tenaga bagi melawan dan menyembuhkan penyakit. Beberapa kajian antarabangsa mendapati hampir 15 jenis masalah kesihatan boleh dikurangkan dengan memakan pisang.

Kandungan potasium tinggi dalam pisang turut menolong merendahkan tekanan darah serta mengurangkan risiko strok.
 Penyakit anemia iaitu kekurangan hemoglobin dalam darah boleh diatasi dengan memakan pisang kerana ia membantu meningkatkan pembentukan hemoglobin.

Di samping itu, ia dapat membantu menghilangkan tekanan kerja selain mengawal kandungan gula dalam darah. Bahagian dalam kulit pisang pula membantu memulihkan kegatalan akibat gigitan nyamuk. Mereka yang menghadapi masalah kegemukan akibat tekanan di tempat kerja boleh diatasi dengan memakan pisang setiap dua jam.



Kajian turut membuktikan bahawa seseorang yang berdepan masalah mabuk hamil khususnya wanita yang berasa mual dan muntah pada beberapa bulan pertama kehamilan, boleh mengambil pisang untuk mengelak masalah itu.

~ Mi Segera : Da berbulan X makan ~

Selamat petang semua !!!!
Haa..petang ni nak cita sal mi segera ataupun dikenali sebagai ramen di sebelah Jepun.
Da berbulan2 x mkn maggi arini akhirnya mkn gak...haha..
Selalu kat kolej biasa gak mkn maggi..nak cepat ngn jimat kan..
Nasib baik kat rumah ni xpenah ade stok maggi...



Cuma semalam tibe2 rasa nak mkn maggi so beli ar sepaket maggi...
Beli 5 percuma 1 kot..hahaha...
Sebenarnya x bagus mkn maggi ni tp kalau mkn kekadang tu boley ar...
Ye ar, lam maggi tu ade mcm2 kandungan..
Jgn x tau..mi segara tu ade kandungan wax tau!!!





Haa...tu dia...tp bkn seketul mcm tu ar..tp ade arkandungan wax dlm nak wat mi segera ni..
Well, mcm kita tahu...wax ni bkn senang nak hadam kan..so jgn ar kumpul wax dlm bdn tu bnyak2....
Lg satu, dlm maggi ni gak ade MSG...
Haa..tau ke ape ke benda tu???
Tu adalah sejenis penambah perisa...kalau mkn bnyak2 x bagus sbb boley mengakibatkan kidney failure..





Sanggup ke tngok kidney anda jd mcm ni...lau x snggup kurangkan ar mkn maggi tu..
mkn sekali sekala boley ar tp jgn hari2 dok hadap maggi tu...
Haa, stakat ni jear entry petang ni...

~Payudara bertukar menjadi hitam ~

Salam semua.....
Haaa...kalu tngok entry tu mesti semua nak tahu apa yang berlaku kan???
Ni haa..mai nak cerita...pagi tadi selak ar paper...pastu tiba2 tengok lak headline ni...
macam best kan...

Seorang kerani yang sanggup membuat pembedahan plastik utk membesarkan payudara semata2 krn hendak menggembirakan teman lelakinya mengundang padah apabila dia bkn sahaja terpaksa menanggung derita, malah turut dikecewakan lelaki tersebut.

Tp akhirnya dia menderita apabila terpaksa menanggung kesakitan berikutan payudaranya kini bertukar kehitam-hitaman selain berasa gatal dan bernanah. Lebih membuatkan dia kecewa apabila teman lelakinya telah meninggalkannya gara-gara kejadian tersebut. Dia telah lima tahun menjalin hubungan dengan jurujual itu. Emm..apa nak jadi x tahu ar....
Dia snggup menggunakan wang simpanannya sebanyak RM13,100 untuk membuat pembedahan di sebuah pusat kecantikan dekat sebuah pusat beli-belah di sini.
Ketika itu payudara mangsa bersaiz 32B dan hendak dibesarkan ke 34B. Berat badannya pula kira-kira 55 kilogram.

So, x payah ar kita nak ubah diri kita demi orang lain ok...
Last2 kita gak yg rugi...Bersyukur ar dengan apa yg ade...
Ok, lau nak tau lebih beli ar paper ...Bye2!!!

Take care of your health during examination

Here are 10 tips for eating right during exams:
1.    How do I eat smarter? Meeting daily vitamin and mineral requirements will make doing your best much easier. Iron and B vitamins are especially important to maintaining the physical and mental energy necessary to study well. Iron-containing foods include red meat, cereals and spinach; one good meal idea is chili because it contains ground beef and kidney beans. Foods that contain B vitamins include whole-grains, wheat germ, eggs and nuts. Fish and soy are other foods that are said to help boost your brain by providing the nutrients it needs.
2.    Dude, chewable Vitamin C is not a meal. Dietary supplements are good, but real food is better. An orange contains not only Vitamin C, but  also fiber, beta carotene and other minerals — so it can’t be replaced by a pill. When you’re heading for the library, pack whole-food items like apples, bananas, clementines, carrot sticks or dried apricots.
3.    Eat at regular intervals. Eating regular meals helps keep nutrient and energy levels more stable, curbing the temptation of empty-calorie snacks in the vending machine.
4.    Big meals keep on turning ... in your stomach. You might find that eating the standard three-big-meals-a-day slows you down mentally and physically. Consider 5 or 6 well-balanced, smaller meals, like toast spread with peanut butter, hummus or tuna, or a piece of cheese with fruit.
5.    Meet breakfast, your new study buddy. While much is said about thereasons to eat breakfast, less known are the best ways to eat smart in the morning. Coffee and a donut just don't cut it. The idea is to get some protein, calcium, fibre and a piece of fruit or a vegetable in there. So, a bowl of cereal with milk and a piece of fruit would do the trick. Or try a cereal bar with milk. We have some additional quick breakfast ideas for you to enjoy!
6.    Going bananas? Good. Fruit ranks high among the best foods you can eat for your brain. Blueberries (which can be bought frozen in bags) get a lot of attention because they contain powerful antioxidants and other nutrients. The natural sugars in fruit offer clean energy, so you don’t experience the crash that follows consumption of refined sugar.
7.    Choose powerful vegetables. Not all vegetables are created equal. The darker the color, the higher the concentration of nutrients. For example, spinach has more to offer the mind and body than iceberg lettuce. Other great vegetable choices include bell peppers, broccoli and sweet potatoes.
8.    Smart snacking can enhance studying. Snack smart while studying and you may find that you retain more. Try to get two food groups into your snacks to balance the nutrients and keep your blood-sugar level stable. Some smart snack examples are banana with peanut butter, a small baked potato with cottage cheese, or an English muffin pizza.
9.    Gather simple recipes for nourishing foods. It's easy to feed the brain well. No-fuss recipes let you eat to succeed, without taking too much time. Here are four ideas:
1.    Combine scrambled eggs with toast, cheese or salsa
2.    Spend 15 minutes preparing chili and continue studying while it simmers for two hours
3.    Go Tex Mex with quesadillas, adding whatever veggies you’ve got on hand
4.    A little chopping is all it takes to construct a hearty Chef’s Salad
10.  Stay well hydrated. Choose your beverages well, though.  Caffeine and sugar should be kept to a minimum. Since too much caffeine can make you jittery, try to drink moderate amounts: 400 to 450 mg per day, the equivalent of 2/2.5 cups, (16 to 20 ounces or 500 to 625 ml). Better choices include water, fruit juice, milk, and anti-oxidant-rich green tea.
